Talbot Run Summer Riding Camp 2017

Weekly Sessions June 19-September 1, 2017

9:00 am – 3:00 pm Regular Camp / Pony Play Camp 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Come and enjoy friendship and horses at Talbot Run Equestrian Center Summer Day Camp.  Learn to ride or improve your riding skills in a safe and relaxed setting dedicated to teaching balanced seat riding and horsemanship.  In addition to two riding lessons daily, campers will learn to groom, tack and take care of their horses.  A variety of fun un-mounted lessons will be offered including horse anatomy, breeds, tack care, and outdoor activities.  All campers will have an opportunity to trail ride.  At the end of the week, the campers will have an opportunity to share what they have learned in the presentation to their friends and family.  All sessions include Regular Camp (all levels), Pony Play Camp as well as several weeks which will offer a specialty camp for those who are interested.


Full Day Camp: $360

$340 /session for additional weeks for siblings or individuals in multiple sessions.

Pony Play Camp: $180 (5 days) – Ages 4 to 6 only!

Before and After Care from 8 am until 5 pm is available for extended day. $65/session

* $100 deposit per session is due to reserve your spot.  Space is LIMITED TO 15 CAMPERS per session.  So sign up SOON!

Week 1 June 19-23 Regular Camp – Great for beginners and experienced riders!/Pony Play for 4 to 6 year olds.
Week 2 June 26-30 Regular Camp/Just Jump!
Week 3 July 24-28 Regular Camp
Week 4 July 31-August 4 Regular Camp/Just Jump
Week 5 August 7-11 Regular Camp/Pony Play
Week 6 August 21-25 Regular Camp/ Intro to Eventing Camp (Dressage, Stadium Jump and Cross Country Jump) – need a recommendation from your instructor!
Week 7 August 28-September 1 Regular Camp
